We are so honored to be speaking with Russell Targ, physicist and author and perhaps best known to our audience as one of the big brains behind the remote viewing program at Stanford Research Institute. In addition, as senior staff scientist at Lockheed, he was instrumental in the development of airborne laser systems for the detection of windshear, among other uses.
